Title:         Computing Koszul Homology 


Abstract: 

Let $R$ be a commutative ring containing a field, and let $K$ be 
the Koszul complex on a regular sequence $x_1,\dots,x_n$ in $R$. 
We will describe how to compute the homology of the symmetric and 
exterior powers of the complex $K$. As an application this yields 
a new proof of the Adams-Riemann-Roch Theorem. The talk will be 
self-contained.
