Note: The time listed for the final examination is the time set by the Registrar for all courses meeting Tues. & Thurs. at 4:15 p.m.. Past experience has shown that this time for the final will be infeasible for those with current teaching assignments. Accordingly, the time may be revised if required permissions can be obtained. Alternatively, the instructor reserves the right of substituting a final written assignment for the final examination. If that substitution is made, then the due date for the final written assignment will be the date of the last regularly scheduled meeting of the course, which is the latest permissible date for a written assignment under the rules of the University.

ATTENDANCE:

Attendance at class meetings is a requirement for passing the course unless the student has made other arrangements with the instructor. Unexcused absence may result in failure or grade reduction.
